Here are the Roles and Responsibilities for Everyone, it will probably be updated from time to time so make sure to check back here if you have any questions on what you need to do.

Researchers:
1.)History of Application
   a.)Title of application
   b.)Who developed it
   c.)Purpose of application
   d.)how does it work?

2.)Applications
   a.)related to other applications
   b.)unique uses of application
   c.)Educational applications(Everyone will create a lesson plan in pdf)
      i.)Elementary
     ii.)Secondary
    iii.)Post Secondary
     iV.)Business/Industry
   d.)International Application (We will need our IP's help with this)

Writers:
1.)Rewrite what researchers have put in a better easier way to understand.  Make
sure sentences and topics flow together well.
2.)Organize thoughts put together by researchers.

Developers:
1.)Take what writers have put into a nicely laid out designed webpage
2.)Create layout and design of Web page.
3.)Add pictures, videos, tutorials, etc.

Evaluators:
1.)Proofread
2.)Check for ease of use and understanding

Presenters:
1.)Create of Presentation Board
2.)Pamphlets/Handouts
3.)Contact Justin.tv for things to pass out at conference
4.)Ideas for a good presentation

  • Contact International students and look for international applications of Justin.tv
  • Make a presentation about Justin.tv for showcase, if you could try and use a web 2.0 technology to do the presentation such as:Sliderocket, google presentor, etc look through groups main page

Ryan

  • Add a video of Justin Kan explaining the start of justin.tv to the history of Justin.tv
  • Work on designing layout of 6ft showcase board

Tracy

  • Find Unique Applications of Justin.tv and put on main page in written for be sure to cite sources
  • Work with Chelsea on contacting International students about international applications.

Jon

  • Work w/Ashleigh on putting a step by step guide for signing up for Justin.tv
  • Maybe use Jing or some type of video like they used on How to use Confluence

Ashleigh

  • Create a step by step outline on how to sign up for an account on Justin.tv, work with Jon using Jing or something like that.
  • Work with Cathy on creating the Phamplet for the Showcase

International Students

  • If you guys could please add 3 lesson plans/per person to the main page, and sign up for those lesson plans on the lesson plans for Justin.tv page that would be great.
  • You can use whatever outline that you use in your school, later we will show you how to upload those lesson plans in word and pdf documents.
  • Also please fill out the section for International applications of Justin.tv, you can discuss international applications as in all countries or specifically for Austraila.  Please decide on what you are doing and let everyone else know so no one is doing the same thing.

Everyone

  • Make 2 more lesson plans and post it on the main wiki page.
  • Sign up for a lesson plan and fill out what your subject and topic are on the Lesson Plans wiki web page
  • Make sure the lesson plan is colorful, clean, and eye catching do this for the word and pdf documents
