Personal bloggers usually take pride in their blog posts, even if their blog is never read by anyone but them. Blogs often become more than a way to just communicate; they become a way to reflect on life or works of art. Blogging can have a sentimental quality. Few personal blogs rise to fame and the mainstream, but some personal blogs quickly garner an extensive following. A type of personal blog is referred to as "microblogging," which is extremely detailed blogging as it seeks to capture a moment in time. Sites, such as Twitter, allow bloggers to share thoughts and feelings instantaneously with friends and family and is much faster than e-mailing or writing. This form of social media lends to an online generation already too busy to keep in touch.2

  6. What are characteristics of Korean Blogosphere?
    Web site or Web service doesn't have regional boundaries as approaching. In spite of that, they exist in actuality. Especially, from the early stage of Web to the present, the most important limitation is 'Barrier of language'. Though there are more common characteristics all over the world, we can grasp characteristic of Korean Blogosphere as stipulating differences made by national limit. There are categories for Korean Blogosphere's characteristics.

    1) Blogosphere controlled by Portal

    One characteristics of Korean Blogosphere is the specific blog service, especially using percentage of provided by portal is high, overwhelmingly. Below picture says that naver blog's growth is dwindling compared with increase and decrease change of pure visitors between Naver and Daum. But, if Naver, Daum and T-story blog(managed by Daum) are bound as "Blog Service provided Portal", it is no wonder to regard Korean blogosphere as sum of portal blog. 'Igloos' also can be a service of portal, because it is provided by portal, SK Communications.

    <?? 2. ?? ??? UV, ?? : ?????>

    T-story(Daum communication Co, Ltd) and Igoos(SK communication Co, Ltd) are occasionally introduced as 'Specialty Blog' not as portal blog. Now, Daum definite 'T-story' open standard platform. But they can be sorted as portal blogs in point of service providing enterprise. And Korean Blogosphere is managed by user engagement provided each portal.

    2) Weak Media Propensity

(? ??)? ???? ??? ???? ??? ?? ???? ????? ???? ??? ?? ??. ??? ?? ??? ???? ???? ??? ?? ??, ??? ??? ?? ??? ??? ????? ?? ??? ??? ???? ??? ??? ???? ??? ??.

    Weak media propensity is affected by geopolitics. Typically, as Law regulates user's behaviors Korean Blogosphere's media propensity has had obstacles. There are not many attackable blogs claiming journalism directly and the legal regulation has reinforced.

    <?? 3. ??? ?? ??? ?? ??>
    As previously stated, in situation that the percentage of people using portal, overwhelmingly, there is a conflict between politics and portal and, from this influence, portal's bloger cannot be free.
